Hello, I created a email specifically for work, and unfortunately I lost access to it, how can I get access back? Is it possible to install the one that was used before?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
If I understand correctly you were using a specific email account to access Atlassian Cloud applications like Jira, but you no longer have access to that email account so you can no longer access the Atlassian applications. Is that correct?
If that is the case, you will need to contact the owners/administrators of the Atlassian apps to ask them to grant you access again under an email account to which you do have access.
As a user community we don't have access to administer other customers' Atlassian apps, so we would not be able to give the access you request.
If you are unsure who to contact to get access I recommend that you start with the people who originally told you to access that system.
