look and Feel - Revert changes

Hi,

I have changed the Date/time setting to 24 hr format from the General Configuration and Look and Feel settings using the following link - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-jira-change-the-time-format-to-24-hours-734234435.html?_ga=2.178153253.144871364.1577981244-569623611.1577981244

2. Due to the above error, I want to revert the changes but I do not get the option on the Look and Feel section to revert:

When we update the date and time format, it will show the button to revert next to each option:

As per the screenshots I believe that the error is related to the time format and not the date.

To use 24 hours instead of AM/PM, it's necessary to change 'a' for 'k' according to the Oracle documentation. 

Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.
