locating old project

User wants an old project and we are not able to see it. any way to search archive or old logs for cloud?

if the project has been deleted you will not find it as it is gone. It may have been 'archived' by changing the permissions so that no one except the Jira admin can see it. If you are an admin you should be able to see under projects. If you are not an admin speak to him/her.
