Unable to access Jira, I have a trial version installed locally. This was working fine till yesterday and not sure what happened and its throwing an error message.

Can someone help in providing a fix for this issue?

Hello,

HTTP 503 means Service Unavailable, can you please check the Jira logs in <jira-home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log to see if anything pops up ?

If you installed the trial on a server that has not enough ressources, it might crash the Jira process and end up with an error like you're experiencing.

You can simply try to stop and restart the Jira process to see if it solves your issue.

Cheers,
