I'm having trouble accessing the  due to lack of payment, the person responsible for this Jira left the company, I would like to know how to proceed to access the information in this Jira again

Any person with Site Admin, Billing Admin or Organization Admin rights left in your company?

The message is clear enough pay and your get back your stuff. Atlassian (jokingly) holds your instance a hostage until they get paid.

Friendly advice, edit out the name of the company/team from the link and use image upload instead.

Yes, I understand that there is an administrator, but he is no longer part of the company. How can I add a new administrator?
