We have this problem as well. when opening "scrum board" again the previous filters are not selected anymore. JIRA v7.1.2#71006-sha1:8e7e309. Funny thing is, that on this particular desktop with Firefox 45.0.2 it works a-ok, but for many users in my company it doesn't work, especially when using different browsers.
I can send screenshots if it helps?
