kanban boards on mobile

Hello,

I have created three kanban boards, which I want to share with other users in the instance, and more specifically they need to add these boards to their mobile apps.

(The filter used for the boards is visible to everyone). 

However, when I try "add item" on their phones, they do not see these kanboards as available. 

I tried Rovo, and it said I need "create shared objects permission" which I do not see existing in the global permissions. 

Your assistance on that would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to replicate this, but I can't I can see all boards related to a project and other boards where I have access to the project.

What is the JQL of the filters used on the boards?

Are there custom (3rd party) JQL options used in the filter?
