jql-search layout changed?

I upgraded today from Atlassian Jira Project Management Software (v8.3.2) to v8.11.0 and now the number of results in the jql-search is only shown under the results? Before it was also shown under the search-bar:

Yes - not sure which version this happened in, but it isn't visible on top and bottom anymore.

However, the bottom bar used to be fixed to the bottom of the results as far as I recall - now it remains static on the screen whilst scrolling. I would expect with this change there was less of a need to have it at the top also - as you can see the number of results at all times :)
