I'm seeing a weird behavior from @Jirabot where it refuses to unfurl mentions of jira tickets unless the project key is in CAPS. For example, typing in "qa-123" will not unfurl, but QA-123 will.
Is this intended behavior? It's sort of inconvenient for everyone to have to be careful to type project keys in all caps to make the feature work as expected, especially when most of us barely touch the shift key at all when we're in the middle of fast-paced discussions about issues.
