jira7 api ( not rest) get sprint start and end date

jira7 api ( not rest) get sprint start and end date

I am writing a report plugin. I have sprint name and I need to get start and end dates for the sprint. I need it to filter work logged by users during those dates. I only find rest api..

Any pointers.

Please let me know.

I do not see that in API. I use JIRA 7.1.4

Maybe greenhopper package is removed now, I could not imort package.

Also there is JAVA API: https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-software/6.7.12/. Please take a look on SprintService#findSprintsByName.
