jira started slowing down

February 16, 2022

Hello.
We are using jira v7.11.2
Recently, jira has begun to slow down in all usage scenarios.
Please tell me where to start in order to understand why the brakes are coming?
We have 50 users.
Our database is not large. We have 75 projects, of which only 10 are actively used.
Troubleshooting and support tools shows only one error - "ServiceDeskWrappedOnCompletionEvent expectation system can overwhelm a node and/or the database "

Performance of a Jira system (in fact, any service) is not a simple subject.  It could be anything from the server hardware right the way through to the client (browser) usage.

Start with a skim of https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/troubleshoot-performance-issues-in-jira-server-336169888.html
