Hi, Jim.

What I understood from the description you provided is that you would like to have a way to automatically create a channel in Slack when a JIRA ticket is created OR vice versa (create a JIRA ticket from Slack). Can you please confirm on that first?

If the answer is yes, this feature is not available in the official add-on here - Jira Cloud for Slack (Official) but I came across an alternative that you might be interested on:

Can you please have a look at it to see if it is something that you will be interested with?
