You need to tell us what the problem is.

"I can't connect to the server" is not a useful description of your problem.  It's like saying "I can't drive home" without telling us whether you can't drive, your car is broken, you're out of petrol, blocked from your car by a horde of angry penguins, or telling us where home is or even if you have a car.
