jira "text inputbox" character input error

If you follow the scenario below, you will get an error.

It will happen the same if you change the browser. Please tell me how to fix it.

- Browser: Chrome, Edge

1. Create 'task' from jira 'epic'.
2. In the Description area, enter text.
3. Every time you type a single letter, the mouse cursor is out and other functions are called, such as shortcuts.
