Is there a way to easily change permissions on a project so that users can only see issues that they have created?

Hi Ronnie and welcome,

Hi if you are on a classic project, edit the project permission scheme to allow only reporters on the Browse Project permission as shown here:

Hi Ronnie,

Yes you can do that by implement Issue Level Security. Setup a level for the current user being the Reporter.
