jira mention plugin

i am using jira and confluence

in confluence there is a mention tab at the top of the page that show notifications

i want to know if there is a plugin like mention tab in confluence for jira

i hope if there is somebody to help me

Not sure what a "mention tab" is but using the "@" symbol in a text area is actually mentioning a user. They will receive a notification that they are mentioned.
