I have connected my Jira cloud with with Github repositories and by using the
HighwayThree/jira-extract-issue-keys@master in my GithubActions every push into master and prod branches, and one more point that we have 3 repo that execute the same GithubActions.
What could be the reason to cause deployment to not appear operation deployments sections?
note: in the logs the Jira keys found the key but on Jira no indications for that.

All subtasks not update at all into deployment operations. even
HighwayThree/jira-upload-deployment-info@master do deploy the keys into Jira.
