jira http-bio-80 print too much http response into catalina.out

i install jira 6.0.3 war. everything go ok. but i found that the catalina.out file contain every http response while i make request to localhost/jira application. is there any way to turn that info off? because that will make the catalina.out file bigger and bigger! thanks.

You might want to look at log-rotation as well, if the issue is more about size than stuff you don't need in the log.

thanks. after i remove all ''console' in log4j.properties there are no more jira http access log in catalina.out

You mean the access logs? You can turn that off.

access log is ok, but i don't wanna log all the http response to it.

and also there are nothing in jira_home/log folder.
