• I was looking to see one graph/gadget showing both data points side by side (Original Estimate vs Time Spent) by assignee so the team member will know how the estimate is showing against actual hours?

Our "Quick Issue Statistics" gadget is able to sum up any Jira number field, including "Original Estimate" and "Time Spent".

On top of that you can filter all Quick Gadgets on your dashboard dynamically with the Quick Controller gadget.

There is not a native Jira Dashboard gadget that can provide that.
