Hey,

have a look at this document. You might want to increase the DB pool size:

Cheers

Hi ,

We already tried increasing the pool size and some tunings in dbconfig.xml. Still the issue persists.

Any other suggestions? We found a document https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Surviving+Connection+Closures. can you please check and revert if this settings can help to resolve the issue?

Thanks

Roshni
