jira board not displaying all sprints

I have a board setup with a filter that just says project = "PROJECT NAME" ORDER BY Rank ASC

For whatever reason, that board is only showing me one sprint even though there are 3 started sprints.  I've looked at at least half a dozen of our other boards that are set up the exact same way and they're all showing all the project's sprints.

I'm at a complete loss on this one!  Any ideas come to mind?

Mary,

Do you see all three sprints in the Backlog Board?  No ideas come to mind unless someone created, but didn't start the Sprints.  May also want to make sure the sprints are not hidden by the collapsible header area. (Double up arrows next to "Board" dropdown
