jira automation manual input field values from JQL

I have an automation rule that would ask for manual input but values should be selected from JQL query. How can this be done?

Adding to Trudy's answer: here is a suggestion to add other ways to add data for the user inputs in manual triggers.  You may watch/vote for this to see progress.
