While trying to upload an attachment into an issue we get the following error:

jira.attachments.not.uploaded.title
jira.attachments.not.uploaded.description

I would be interested to see a more detailed error from the web browser console to see the specific issue that you may be running into. For example, the same error was discussed in the following question which is related to the whitelisting of https://*.atlassian.com
