From JIRA's lower left corner I clicked on setting (gear icon), and then from the slide-out panel on the left, I clicked on Apps, then the page shows 404 (the url is https://{myorg}.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/com.atlassian.jira.emcee/discover )
Is anybody seeing this error? Is this down?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
Workaround seems to be, if you go into your Jira Settings page, select Apps. You'll be able to navigate the apps marketplace and manage your current apps.
