When a user sends an email to Jira@MYCOMPAY.atlassian.net which cannot be processed for some reason, is there an option to be notified of the error ?
Example:
User wants to send an email to the IT support desk. Instead of emailing support@MYCOMPAY.atlassian.net they send the email to Jira@MYCOMPAY.atlassian.net.
The user thinks they have logged a ticket, but a ticket was never raised in Jira.
