jira 9.12 compatible postgresql version ?

I have installed jira ver 9.12 "atlassian-jira-core-9.12.8-x64" , what version of postgresql is compatible with jira 9.12. received message below

@xsus 365 You can refer the Atlassian documentation for Jira 9.12 Supported platforms 

According to the page, for Postgres versions 12,13,14 and 15 are only supported.
