jira 8.6.1 can't connect mysql 5.7.28

访问数据库时发生错误

Communications link failure The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.

Connection refused (Connection refused)

I have already copy mysql-connector-java-5.1.48-bin.jar to atlassian/jira/lib

it always give me the error that can't connect to db

I resoveled this problem,  in the connect page ,replace hostname ip to localhost ,

then errors dimissed
