issues with the agent metrics module

Hi everyone, I’m having issues with the agent metrics module. I’m referring to this spec: https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/docs/track-how-often-a-rovo-agent-is-used/

When I go into that section to evaluate agent usage, I see discrepancies in the metrics—especially in the number of uses per user and in the dates. There are usages showing up on holidays or weekends when there is no activity.

At one point we thought it might be due to time zone differences between servers, but the dates don’t match up, since in some cases the differences are 1 or 2 days.

Hi @Terranova_ Diego Nicolas

Welcome to the Community!

A couple of things from the current Rovo docs make me think this may not be entirely a timezone issue.

The Insights page is still in open beta, and Atlassian explicitly says bugs and incomplete functionality are expected.

What I’d check first:
- whether this agent is used anywhere in automation workflows
- whether any scheduled automations or service-agent flows can call it outside business hours
- whether the date range in Insights is aligned with the timezone you expect

If there are definitely no automations involved and the dates/users still look wrong, I’d treat it as a product issue rather than a configuration mistake and raise Atlassian support with screenshots, the exact date range selected, and a few concrete examples of users/dates that are clearly incorrect.
