I want to block parent issues to close or resolve before all sub-tasks are closed.

How can I set up workflow for this problem ?

Hi!!

You must add a condition to the transition. The condition must be "Sub-Task Blocking Condition" and you can choose the status of the subtask that allow the parent issue to continue in the workflow.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

You can do it with adding condition to parent workflow using JJUPIN script

Jjupin is powerful, but not needed in this case - Jira supports it off-the-shelf, as Mario says
