issue view.

Hi Has anyone an explaination what settings have impact on several views when creating issues. 

1. It seems in the project i can switch between new look and old look issue screen.

2. In the main menu screen, i see a total different view, not related to old and new view. seems weird to me.

3. I created several TAB''s for the issue screen and sometimes i see it with tabs, but on most screen without tabpages. ???? weird stuff.

Not sure when i saw the tabbed view.. Can't find it anymore. :(

i sometimes even get first 2 fields with a button next... ? before i can enter the new details of the created issues... 

4 ways to confuse a user, but it probably has a good reasons why it is implemented that way.
