issue linking feature is not working as expected.

Hello All,

When we are trying to link the Service project issues on another project issues, while doing link we are getting error like "Linking to SR-xxxx is restricted due to target JIRA Project configuration." even though they have reciprocal links.Please help to fix this error.

Hi Bethalam,

Make sure the user has the Link issues permission in both projects involved and that they also have the Browse projects permission in both projects. 

If they do, then check the inward and outward descriptions of the link to be sure they are different.
