issue filter error, found issue from other project than selected

When I try to find issues from one project only result of the filter shows also ticket from different project which is acting as a replacement for that ticket. In database everything looks fine. What is the problem? should I try to reindex?

it happens in simple query:     project = ABC,

which results to list of ABC issues but there is also one issue DEF..

looks like this:

Yup, that's broken. Could you try re-indexing projects ABC and DEF? Or do a full re-index if that's not inconvenient

Could you show us the JQL of the filter you are using?
