I want to see the parent tickets which have an earlier due date than the linked children. for e.g there is a story with Sub-tasks and the due date of story is earlier than the sub-tasks.

Hi @Sara.B , thanks for your question. I think you will likely need an app for this. 

You can identify a list of issues like this 

parent IS NOT EMPTY and duedate IS NOT EMPTY

and then add the Parent column, and export the list of Parent issues with their duedates and do a confrontation / the calculations in Excel, so there is a workaround, but a bit fiddly.
