is there a way to retrieve the date/time pull request development(merged) jql

hi ,

i want to find a way to write jql for  development /merged time 

for example

project = "HS" AND development[pullrequests].status in (merged) and

? -->>"development date" or "merged date"=>2020-1-1."  bla bla :)
