is there a way to AUTOSAVE in JIRA

Is there a way to turn on Autosave in JIRA for comments and for plugins such as a Test Management tool that plugs into JIRA.  When you type in a ton of information and if something happens to your PC/laptop all that information is lost.  Is there a way to turn on AUTOSAVE so that you can keep your comments in JIRA and keep all other information that is entered into a plugin, so you don't spend a ton of time on something and lose all of that time and information causing you to start all over again?

There's no code for that in JIRA (yet), so I'm afraid not.

Thank you for answering my question!! Hopefully that will be added to soon because there is nothing worse than typing in a bunch of data and your computer freezes or something happens and all that information is lost!!
