I understand that an update performed on a google account has not taken effect in the respective JIRA user in real time, although you have properly integrated your JIRA with G-suite. Is that correct?
The G-suite integration runs a sync process every 4 hours in JIRA system, so any updates performed will be applied once the sync is performed again.
That been said, I suggest you to please perform a manual sync process on your G-suite:
- Go to your site's Administration at admin.atlassian.com:
- If you're an admin for one site, you'll land on the Users page of your site.
- If you're an admin for multiple sites or an organization admin, click a site's name and URL to open the Administration for that site.
- Select G Suite in the left-hand navigation.
- On the G Suite settings page, click Sync now
If the steps above didn't fix the problem, please double-check if the g-suite was properly configured to the user domain facing the problem and that its e-mail address is properly added in the G-suite application and in the User management of JIRA Application.
