is it possible to display an attribute if it is not filled ?

hello,

we would like to display an attribute in the "read mode" of the ticket even if it is not filled.

in edit mode, attribute is visible but in "read mode", the attribute is not even displayed.

so during a review we can't easily see that the attribute is not filled.

Hi @ribas

In Screens you will have option to make field visible while empty. Please use it in required screen (View Screen) to display your attribute on "Read Mode". Refer Below link for more details
