is it possible to add 'create date' in customer Request portal.

yes this is possible you only need to click into the column bar and enter

Created date. Like so

this is the way that you should be able to do this.

Customize your customers' requests list | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support

If created date doesnt show up for you this might be a free plan limitation.

Thanks you. It works in individual user requests. Is it possible to work globally??
