We have Jira version 6.4. And in one of our projects, one of the screens for creating issues, has a custom field, which is drop-down and manually filled with shops names. So, is it possible, somehow, when the issue-reporter choose the shops name, Jira automatic recognize and send email to the shop or notification field and shops name field to be related
