is anyone experimenting with artificial intelligence with jira or BigPicture ?

as we know, project managers are often asked to be able to organise the capacity of people in the medium or long term, based on task time and material, with no certain start or end date. An example: "I buy one of your systems engineers for 20 days every month". how do we plan this with jira? We know it is impossible because jira is not the right product. How do we plan with BigPicture? We try. But are any of you also trying artificial intelligence tools on Jira or BigPicture for this kind of planning?
