Hi @Alex the CTO

I saw your comments on the other questions in the forum. As you probably know:
This was the Atlassian incident on 27 August, where Jira, JSM, and Confluence were unreachable in some regions. It has been resolved since, so your site should load again. The entry is at https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/

The message is generic on purpose, so it also shows up when the platform itself is having trouble, not just when your site is.

When I created the post, the Atlassian status page was still showing all green and there was no indication of a platform-wide incident. I was actually about 15 minutes late seeing the first reports from other users, and the outage did not appear on the status page until roughly 20 minutes later. Given that the error message directed me to check the status page and contact support, and the support link led to the community forum, posting here seemed like the appropriate course of action at the time.
