ira project was canceled due to subscription payment

My Jira project was canceled due to subscription payment. However, I initially created it with a free plan, and I don't know why it switched to a subscription. anyone please help me how revert it to the free plan?
And for your information, I have already checked the number of users, it's only 8.

To retrieve access in your envirorment, you'll have to open support ticket in this link:

https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

And follow the steps below:

Put the site url in the "Provide the related URL, SEN, EN or invoice number" field

In the "Your Question" field, put something like " I would like to downgrade Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence licences for the https://mysite.atlassian.net/ site to a free plan."
