hello guys,
I find it weird that when I select the account type "internal" and then, in the portal access I select Allow customers to create accounts, and when i try to create an account with the domain name listed in the approved domains, I get a message stating that I can't create the account.
Does anyone have an answer? is there any way I can add internal customers? and if there is, why do I still have the possibility to select those two options?
Thank youu
Ok, found a way to add internal customer. A question subsides though: why are these options still available? ^^
It would be useful for everybody if you mentioned how you "found away to add internal customer".
PS: yeah, user access configuration is a confusing mess in this platform

actually, from User Management < products < user access settings, you can type the domain name of the email and jira will automatically accept users that fill this condition... but I am still confused how Jira considers them customers and not agents or whatsoever..
