integrating fisheye with jira

i want to integrate the fish eye code commit comments along with the files committed with the jira ticket, If no code is pushed from fish eye i should not be able to close the jira ticket

Welcome, to the community!

The first thing you need to integrate Fisheye with JIra, here is the documents for this. 

Once done this successfully, use the smart commit while pushing the code to repos in fisheye so once code will be committed then you will be able to see the commit related data/code/file that has been changed into Jira issue.
