installing jira on private cloud

Hello,

If i wanted to install Jira on a private cloud on HPC would i need Jira Cloud or Jira Data Center?

I tried to look on the website but could not find any information.

Hi @Peter 

If you are not opting for JIRA cloud (Atlassian offered) and want to install it on private/public cloud, you should choose Jira Data Center. I will advise you to go through "Installing Jira Data Center " to know more about the supported platforms and other pre-requisites.

Jira Cloud is a subscription service, there is nothing to download or install.

If you want to run Jira on your own servers (whether your own, or Cloud servers), you'll need to be installing Jira Data Center.
