indexing still have problem

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Search indexing

Still I have problem to write ticket. I try to re-index but it failed.

And I can not create and delete ticket. also i can not add attachment as well.

Please help

What errors are you getting when the reindex fails?

Not being able to create issues is usually due to permissions - do you have "create" in the project?
