incidents that are not recorded as jira tickets

hello, is it possible in historical Jira to find incidents that was not recorded as jira tickets? I want to search on jira for those incidents that doesn't have jira tickets ?

Hi @Abreham m and welcome to the community!

Yes, but you need some type of business logic to help with that search.  For example, do they have the term "incident" in the summary or they were labeled in some way, or have some other defining characteristic that we can use in the query to help narrow down the result set?
