Service accounts are no special accounts which you can differentiate them with other normal accounts, you need to have policy around the bot accounts like what is the requirement to have bot accounts and may be create a separate Jira group to add them so that you can differentiate them or if Jira admins are creating those accounts then should bot name in the account username like google-jira-integration-bot etc so that you can filter them based on their username.
As far as I know there is no easy way to differentiate bot accounts unless there is any specific config having on your LDAP or user directory level to identify bot accounts, you can check that if your Jira is integrated with external user management.
