improve feature service account

The new Service Account feature doesn't allow you to use an email address, but it creates a specific one. Is it possible to open a ticket with Atlassian to suggest it? Does it still consume licenses?

According to the documentation Understand service accounts, these accounts are separated from the license tally, and you can create up to 5 to integrate your apps.

We provide your organization with 5 free single service account to automate tasks or integrate apps. If you need additional service accounts to run more integrations, you can upgrade to Atlassian Guard Standard, which offers up to 250 service accounts.

For enterprise customers, the enterprise subscription plan allows you to add up to 1,000 service accounts, along with priority support, custom integrations, and service level agreements (SLAs).

As you may know, you cannot add an specific email to the service account created using this feature.

The way Service Accounts were tackled before this feature was that you used a regular user account with a service account email, mimicking a service account but it was really a regular user which needed to log in in order to accept the invitation, thus, using a license.
