import/export tasks and projects between instance

We want to make one Jira Software on the local network and another Jira Software on the Internet.

I used trial Jira Software, but there is no project export in it. Perhaps it is hidden to exclude the abuse. There is only export of tasks.

1. If I buy a cloud version of Jira Software, will it be possible to export the project?

2. Will the difference in versions be a problem? (jira 8.6 on the local network)

I'm interested in standard tools, not plugins.

Jira Server (or Data Center) on premise is not identical to Jira Cloud in the supported functionality. If you try to move a project from Jira Cloud to Jira Server, there may be some loss of functionality.
